Chris is the co founder and go-to guy for website design and build. He started his first retail business from a market stall to an e-commerce site to a high street store, so he knows what a website actually needs to do to grow a business.
With over ten years in B2B and B2C marketing, plus hands-on experience running both online and physical businesses, he focuses on building websites that don’t just look good, they convert, sell, and scale.

With 30 years across graphic design, advertising, magazine publishing, brand strategy, and digital marketing, she’s built businesses from scratch, grown brands in competitive markets, and worked out exactly what small businesses need to do to get seen, remembered, and chosen.
She leads on creative direction, marketing strategy, and client relationships at Great Big Small — and works directly with business owners as a consultant when they need someone to cut through the noise and tell them what’s actually wrong.
